My first visit was for a private equity firm's annual partner meeting, and the experience exceeded expectations that were already set quite high. The Residence deserves special attention. This private floor offers complete discretion for sensitive corporate gatherings, with dedicated elevator access, private dining, and meeting spaces that can be configured for various needs. I have used it for board meetings where confidentiality was paramount, and the separation from the main hotel operations provides genuine privacy.

Being one of the newer luxury hotels in KL means the Four Seasons benefits from current-generation technology infrastructure. The AV systems in meeting rooms are intuitive and reliable, with seamless wireless presentation capabilities and video conferencing that actually works without technical assistance.

Accommodations

With only 209 rooms, the Four Seasons maintains an exclusivity that larger properties cannot offer. Every room is a suite starting at 55 sqm, providing genuine living space rather than just sleeping quarters. For business travelers who spend long hours in meetings, having a proper room to return to makes a meaningful difference to overall wellbeing.

The Executive Suites at 80 sqm are my recommendation for senior executives. They include separate living and working areas, with desks positioned by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking KLCC Park. The marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs offer restoration after demanding days.
